The Strength of Sacrifice

The Strength of Sacrifice

Bill Hybels said “Sometimes, authenticity fails to grab people’s attention; Compassion is occasionally written off as the opiate of do-gooders who may have some ulterior motive. But sacrifice motivated by genuine love and concern, is extremely difficult to discount.”

Becoming A Compassion-Fuelled Church

Becoming A Compassion-Fuelled Church

In a season where the church is called into the harvest field, compassion is the fuel that gives us the motivation and focus to press on and move the church forward. This week, Joseph shares on how we can build up our compassion quotients such that we can look to the harvest field with eyes of compassion.

*Correction: The bible reference for the second point (Culture Impacts Compassion) should be taken from 1 John 4:19-21 instead of 1 John 1:19-21 as mentioned in the recording. Joseph had made the correction on site after the recording ended.
